Manual harvest in 15 kg boxes. Maceration with skins and spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts. No sulfites or additives added.
Cherry color with purple edges. Intense aroma, highlighting ripe red fruit. Mineral and black pepper notes. Soft and warm entry in the mouth, where fruit and spices stand out. Balanced tannins and persistent finish.
