Spontaneous fermentation, without added sulfites and unfiltered. 3 months of aging on lees in bottle.

Fruit from old Trepat vines located in Barberà de la Conca (the autochthonous variety of the Conca de Barberà)

Beetroot color. Fruity and structured. Fine bubbles and light tannins.
